Chord Muse and all associated content, including but not limited to:
- Source code  
- Music theory logic and algorithms  
- User interface design, layout, and branding  
- App icons, graphics, and media assets  
- Documentation and written content  

are the intellectual property of Webfascia Digital Solutions and ChordMuse, Australia (“Owner”).

All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted in writing.

## Licence
Unless otherwise stated:
- The App and its content are provided for **personal, non-commercial use** only.  
- Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.  
- No portion of the App may be used for teaching, resale, or integration into another product without prior written consent.

Chord Muse may use third-party libraries, frameworks, or APIs. These are governed by their own licences.  
Where applicable, copyright attribution for third-party components will be provided within the App or documentation.

## User Content
Any musical progressions, recordings, or practice logs created by users remain the property of the user.  
By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process and store this content on your device solely to provide the App’s functionality.

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
